with 3-5 years of experience in real estate / construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, layouts, and plans as per architectural and engineering specifications for residential and commercial projects in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings
for construction projects
Develop drawings for
floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts
Coordinate with
architects, structural engineers, and project managers
to incorporate design changes
Ensure drawings comply with
local building by-laws, JDA norms, and construction standards
Modify and update drawings as per site requirements and client feedback
Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings
Assist in preparing drawings for
approvals and submissions
to local authorities
Support the project team during execution with technical drawings and clarifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in
Civil Engineering / Architecture / Drafting
Minimum
3 years and maximum 5 years
of relevant experience in real estate or construction
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory); knowledge of
Revit/SketchUp
is an advantage
Strong understanding of
construction detailing and materials
Familiarity with
Jaipur local development norms and approval processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple drawings simultaneously
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
residential and commercial real estate projects
Site exposure and understanding of execution-related challenges
Based in or willing to relocate to
Jaipur
