Job Description

We are hiring an MEP Draftsman with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-story IT parks, commercial complexes, residential towers, hospitality projects, and hospital buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems. Ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes, standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC), and specific project requirements. Coordinate with design and site teams to implement revisions and resolve technical issues. Develop layouts, schematics, and shop drawings as per client specifications.
Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools. Familiarity with coordination drawings and MEP standards. Strong understanding of MEP services in high-rise and specialized buildings.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
