Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and construction documents for apartment and residential projects. The Draughtsman will support architects and project teams by translating design concepts into precise technical drawings for execution on site.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details Develop working drawings and construction drawings for apartment projects Modify and update drawings as per design changes and site requirements Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project standards Prepare as-built drawings after project completion Maintain organized drawing records and revisions Support approval and construction documentation processes

Qualifications & Experience

1-2+ years of experience in apartment or residential building projects Strong knowledge of building construction and detailing Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit knowledge is an advantage Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

Skills & Competencies

High attention to detail and accuracy Good coordination and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple revisions Understanding of site execution and construction practices

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
