Job Description

Draughtsman

  • : Architectural draughtsman works in our architectural design team. As a draughtsman, he/she should possess proper knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) software and the ability to apply fundamentals of sketching and design. His/her drafting expertise should contribute to structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
-Creating technical drawings from architect's sketches and specifications.-Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate building codes, measurements, calculations and other construction details.-Entering CAD data into building information modelling (BIM) systems to create 3D models and renderings.-Coordinating with the site supervisor and project manager well so that they can provide their drawings on time without any delay.-Maintaining all the data properly in respected folders along with preparing charts, drawings and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift
