Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1.Prepare 2D drawings, detailing, and specifications for layouts, kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units.
2.Develop plans, elevations, sections, and RCP/false ceiling layouts in AutoCAD.
3.Incorporate site validation inputs and update drawings to reflect accurate conditions.
4.Collaborate with designers and project teams to deliver error-free technical documentation.
5.Prepare cutlists, BOMs, and technical details for execution.
6.Maintain high quality standards and accuracy in all technical outputs.

Requirements:
1.Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
2.4-6 years' experience in technical design for residential interiors.
3.Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, and cutlist/BOM tools.
4.Strong experience in detailing (RCP, false ceiling, furniture, electrical, lighting & plumbing layouts).
5.Excellent attention to detail, with strong teamwork and coordination skills.
6.Awareness of the latest hardware solutions and production techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
