Job Description
We are looking for 2D Visualizers in Seena Homes, you'll be at the forefront of our creative processes.Experience: 0 - 2 Years Experience.Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with superior design thinking and empowered to visually communicate creatively and effectively.Responsibilities:
- Develop AutoCAD, Detailed working drawings and layout plans, elevations, sections for plumbing, electrical, woodwork, false ceiling, fabrication, glass/mirror work, tiles/stone laying drawings etc. with detailed specifications for residential interior projects.
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Supervise work progress
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design programs
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- BS degree in Interior Design or similar Bachelor's, or relevant program degree in design or art-related field
- Morning shift
- Yearly bonus
