This requirement is for outsourced drafting services only and is intended for experienced Gulf-returnee draughtsmen currently settled in Kerala who can commute daily, with priority for proven Ajman Municipality shop drawing submission experience.

oStructural Drafting Support - 1Nos
Required Experience
oPrior UAE/Gulf drafting experience in Projects:
Villas, Warehouses, Residential Towers
oHands-on experience with
Ajman Municipality Shop drawing submissions
(sample Drawings will be provided)
oStrong working knowledge of Ajman Municipality bylaws and drafting standards
oAbility to prepare revisions, As-Builts, Tender Drawings as per allotted schedules.
oCoordination experience across
Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines

Advanced
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(working in Xref, Layouts, Dynamic Blocks)
o
Revit
Expertise & coordination experience is an added advantage
