Job Description

The role involves preparing accurate technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely approvals for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update architectural, structural, MEP, and construction drawings.
Create layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural/MEP consultants, and design partners for revisions and clarifications.
Track consultant deliverables and maintain documentation of drawings and communication.
Issue latest approved drawings to site, maintain revision logs, and support site teams with drawing queries.
Ensure drawings comply with regulatory norms and approval requirements.
Support in BOQ/quantity take-offs and statutory submission documents as needed.
Skills & Competencies
Strong AutoCAD and drafting skills.
Good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of real estate approvals is an added advantage.
