Key Responsibilities

Create detailed architectural working drawings

and construction documentation using

AutoCAD

(plans, sections, elevations, details, etc.). Develop high-quality

3D models and realistic renderings

for various architectural projects (residential, commercial, interior). Collaborate with the design team and architects to translate design intent into accurate technical documents and visual presentations. Ensure all drawings and visualizations comply with relevant building codes and standards. Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

1-2 years

of professional experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.

Software Proficiency (Essential):

AutoCAD

(For 2D Drafting is mandatory).

Rendering Software Proficiency (Required - at least one):

D5 Render

Enscape

V-Ray

Additional Skills (A Plus):

Familiarity with other 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino). Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign).

Education:

Diploma or Degree in related field is preferred.

Attributes:

Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills.
