Job Summary:

Part 1 Describe the Position

Summary : Drawing preparation for Detail Engineering work for the growth of Treatment Business.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

? Auto cad Drafting for Detail Engineering of the waste water treatment plants / Sewage

treatment plants.

? Required for detail engineering work and improvement on quality of design & detail drawings.

? Design & Drafting Plot Plant Layout as per site location

? Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD); Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID)

? Preparation of Hydraulic Flow Diagram (HFD)

? Preparation of Plant & Equipment Layout plan.

? Preparation of Civil General Arrangement drawings, sectional views etc.

? Checking of Civil Foundation Drawings

? Piping Layout, Piping Isometric Drawing..

? Preparation of Pipe Supports Design & Detail.

? Preparation of Piping Bill of Material (BOM) with specifications.

? Preparation of Skid layout & detail drawings.

? Preparation of Vessel & Tank Fabrication drawings.

? Good knowledge of mechanical equipment Like Pumps, Blowers, Grit / Thickener Mechanism, Hoists, etc.

Part 2 Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience)

? ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

? Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience
