Title: Draftsman - Luxury Interior Design

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in Luxury residential interiors (commercial and hospitality)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with strong experience in luxury residential interior design to join our Bandra-based studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in preparing highly detailed working drawings, with a particular focus on kitchens and high-end residential interiors, ensuring design intent is accurately translated into execution-ready documents.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare detailed working drawings for luxury residential interiors, including kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, and bespoke furniture. Develop shop drawings, BOQs support drawings, and execution-level details for site use. Create precise drawings covering joinery details, finishes, material specifications, hardware, lighting layouts, and services coordination. Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs. Incorporate feedback from design and site teams and revise drawings as required. Ensure drawings comply with design standards, client requirements, and execution constraints. Assist in coordinating with vendors, consultants, and contractors for drawing clarifications. Maintain organized drawing sets and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Working knowledge of Revit and SketchUp (preferred / added advantage). In-depth understanding of intricate kitchen detailing, residential joinery, and custom furniture drawings. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings. Good understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and construction methods used in luxury interiors. Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines efficiently. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and site personnel
