Role Objective

To independently prepare accurate architectural and working drawings, including 3D views and elevations, aligned with approved design concepts, current design trends, and market demands, while supporting timely execution of design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare

architectural drawings

, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings based on inputs from the Lead Designer.

2. Develop and coordinate

working drawings

required for project execution.

3. Prepare and update drawings in line with

design development stages and internal reviews

.

4.Create

3D views, elevation drawings, and basic visualizations

to support design presentation and decision-making.

5.Apply knowledge of

current design trends and market demands

in elevation and layout development.

6.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve

drawing-related clarifications

.

7.Ensure drawings comply with

local building norms and approval requirements

applicable to PCMC.

8.Maintain proper

drawing documentation, version control, and records

.

9.Assist in preparation of

as-built drawings

post execution.

10. Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of

AutoCAD

Practical knowledge of

3D and visualization tools

(Sketch Up / Revit / 3ds Max or equivalent) Good understanding of

elevation design, detailing, and architectural aesthetics

Awareness of

real estate design trends and buyer preferences

Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into executable drawings Good coordination and communication skills Ability to manage assigned tasks with limited supervision Attention to detail and quality orientation

Educational Qualifications

Diploma in

Architectural Drafting / Civil Drafting / Civil Engineering

(Bachelor's degree is an added advantage)

Experience

4-6 years

of relevant experience in

real estate / architectural design firms

Exposure to

residential and/or commercial projects

preferred

Performance Indicators (Role-Based)

Timely completion of drawings as per design schedules Accuracy and reduction in drawing revisions Quality of elevations and 3D outputs Compliance with design standards and norms Coordination effectiveness with design and execution teams

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
