Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist architects and engineers in developing plans as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA, MSRDC, etc.

Create and modify

technical drawings

as per regulatory norms.

Assist in

plan development

and approvals.

Ensure

compliance

with zoning laws and building codes.

Support

documentation

for approvals and submissions.

Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Architecture or ITI in Draftsman ship.

4-5 years of experience in preparing architectural and civil drawings.

Ability to work with architects, engineers, and government authorities for approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
