Key Roles & Responsibilities

?Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
?Convert conceptual sketches and site measurements into precise technical drawings.
?Create architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and interior drawings as required.
?Modify existing drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
?Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and version control as per standards.
?Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
?Coordinate with site engineers to verify dimensions, structural details, and material changes.
?Assist in preparing architectural presentations, BOQs, and shop drawings.
?Maintain organized records of drawings and communicate updates to relevant teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

?Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, and other drafting tools.
?Good understanding of construction details, architectural standards, structural layouts, and related drawings.
?Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail.
?Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
?Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple drawing assignments.
?Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Education

Diploma / ITI in Civil, Architecture, or Drafting
OR B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering with relevant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
