We are seeking an experienced

Draftsman

to prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts for mining or industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

CAD software

, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed

technical drawings, plans, and layouts

for projects using CAD software. Convert conceptual sketches and ideas from engineers into precise drawings. Update and revise drawings based on project changes or feedback. Maintain proper documentation and drawing archives. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy. Ensure all drawings comply with

industry standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications

. Support site teams by providing drawings and clarifications during execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Degree in

Civil/Mechanical/Mining Engineering or Draftsmanship

. 3 year diploma in mining engineering or Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or related engineering field like Mining Engineering Technology Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Draftsman (mining or heavy industry preferred). Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent CAD software

. Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards and conventions. Attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering designs. Good communication and teamwork skills.
