Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed technical drawings and blueprints that support our design vision and project execution. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and close collaboration with designers, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural and furniture drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks Translate conceptual sketches into technical drawings and construction-ready documents Ensure designs are precise, meet quality standards, and adhere to relevant building codes Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to incorporate feedback and design revisions Maintain and organize drawing documentation for current and past projects Coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure technical specifications are followed during execution Conduct site visits when needed to verify measurements and assist with on-site adjustments

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in interior design, architecture, or furniture Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit or SolidWorks knowledge is a plus) Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and construction detailing Excellent attention to detail, spatial awareness, and scaling accuracy Familiarity with industry standards, materials, and regulatory codes Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment Strong organizational and time management abilities
