Job Title: Draftsman - MEP / Electrical
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Project Sites - PAN India, as required)

Required Qualifications

Education:

Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) - Mandatory
Experience:

3 to 6 years of experience in MEP / Electrical / Railway / Construction projects Experience with as-built and coordination drawings preferred
Job Review -

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare, modify, and maintain accurate 2D & 3D drawings for MEP, Electrical, Construction, and Railway projects. The role requires close coordination with design and site teams to ensure drawings match site conditions and comply with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Develop SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, power distribution drawings Update drawings based on site feedback and design revisions Maintain revision control and drawing documentation Prepare as-built drawings as per final site execution Assist with quantity take-offs and material layouts Ensure drawings comply with IS & IEC standards Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and design teams Maintain organized digital drawing records and logs
Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Revit Good understanding of MEP & electrical layouts Knowledge of drawing standards, scaling, and detailing Basic working knowledge of MS Office
Soft Skills & Competencies

High attention to detail and accuracy Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to interpret site conditions into drawings Organized, disciplined, and deadline-driven Team player with ability to work independently
Work Schedule & Benefits

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Probation Period: 6 Months EPF & ESIC: As per company policy
Salary & Benefits

Grade A - 4-6 years Exp. - ?22,000 - ?28,000 per month

Grade B - 2-3 years Exp. - ?18,000 - ?22,000 per month
