Key Responsibilities

Prepare

fire exit and evacuation layouts

as per building safety norms and local fire department guidelines. Develop detailed

2D drawings, plans, elevations, and sections

based on design concepts. Ensure

accuracy in dimensions, levels, and clearances

to support smooth site execution. Collaborate closely with

Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Managers

to understand project requirements. Record and update

as-built drawings

to reflect the final executed work on-site. Prepare

shop drawings and material specifications

for vendors and contractors. Conduct

site visits

for measurements, verification of site conditions, and collection of technical inputs. Prepare

recce reports

documenting site observations, challenges, and existing conditions. Capture and compile

photographic documentation

of site progress, existing structures, and services for reference.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering

.

2-5 years

of relevant drafting experience in the interior design / construction industry. Strong knowledge of

building codes, fire safety norms, and detailing standards

. High attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines. * Good

communication and coordination skills

for effective team and site interactions.
