Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings for ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, exhaust systems, and pressurization systems. Prepare equipment layouts, AHU/FCU installation drawings, diffuser and grille layouts, and plant room drawings. Develop accurate schematic diagrams and riser diagrams. Update drawings based on site conditions, engineer instructions, and consultant feedback. Coordinate with HVAC engineers, execution teams, and site supervisors for inputs and clarifications. Identify and resolve routing clashes with other services. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, ASHRAE standards, local authority norms, and hospital-specific requirements (pressurization, isolation rooms, OT standards, etc.). Ensure dimensions, levels, equipment clearances, and technical details are precise before submission.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Draftsmanship / Mechanical Engineering. 2-4 years of experience as an HVAC/Mechanical Draftsman in MEP contracting. Strong understanding of HVAC systems: ducting, chilled water systems, ventilation, AHUs, VRF systems, cleanroom requirements, etc. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination layouts.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
