Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects

. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of interior and architectural detailing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools. Ensure drawings are aligned with design standards and client requirements. Incorporate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings, identifying and resolving clashes for smooth coordination. Update drawings based on client feedback and site modifications. Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives. Collaborate effectively with architects, interior designers, engineers, and vendors. Adhere to project timelines and ensure high-quality output.

Requirements

Proven experience in drafting for interior design and construction projects. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, architectural detailing, and interior finishes. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and integrate them with architectural plans. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to quality.
