Requirement for Design Draft Specialist / Architectural Drafting Professional / CAD Design Specialist
Must Have Skills :
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Good knowledge of 2D and 3D drafting techniques.
Ability to create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics.
Familiarity with building codes, engineering standards, and drafting principles.
Strong understanding of design principles and technical drawing standards.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Passionate about design and drafting with a creative mindset
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
Revise and update drawings as per feedback or project scope changes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.
Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure design accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and material lists.
Maintain accurate records of designs, revisions, and completed projects.
Stay updated on the latest drafting techniques and tools.
