Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations based on design concepts and sketches.
? Convert hand-drawn sketches or verbal instructions into clear AutoCAD/Revit drawings.
? Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
? Maintain and organize project documentation, CAD files, and drawing revisions.
? Update drawings based on design changes, client feedback, and site instructions.
? Ensure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
? Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and tender documentation when required.
Qualifications:
? Any Degree in related field
? 1-2 years of experience as a Draftsman (experience in architectural or interior design firms preferred).
? Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM/CAD tools is a plus.
? Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
? Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
? Experience in creating joinery or millwork details (for interior-focused roles).
? Knowledge of MEP coordination (for construction-focused firms).
? Familiarity with project documentation standards.
? Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
? Basic site measurement and surveying skills are a bonus.
