Job Summary

The Draftsman cum Site Supervisor is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and supervising on-site execution to ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements Modify and revise drawings based on site conditions and client/engineer feedback Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants for design clarifications Maintain proper documentation and drawing records Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and specifications

Site Supervision Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings Coordinate with contractors, labor, suppliers, and vendors on-site Monitor material usage and report shortages or discrepancies Ensure quality control, safety practices, and workmanship standards are followed Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Prepare daily/weekly progress reports Ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines

Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / Certification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Draftsman and/or Site Supervisor Proficiency in AutoCAD (and other relevant software, if applicable) Good understanding of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years

of relevant experience (can be adjusted as needed)

Work Location:

Site-based with occasional office work

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
