We're looking for a

talented and detail-oriented Draftsman

to join our growing design team and contribute to exciting upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

architectural, structural, and interior drawings

using

AutoCAD

and related software. Create

detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and joinery details

. Coordinate with

architects, engineers, and site teams

to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Revise and update drawings

based on design changes or client feedback. Maintain

organized drawing files and documentation

. Prepare

layout plans, plumbing, and electrical schematics

as required. Support

3D visualization or presentation drawings

(if skilled in SketchUp or Revit). Ensure all drawings

meet company and regulatory standards

. Work with

project teams

to provide on-site clarification when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / ITI

in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience

as a Draftsman in a construction or architectural firm. Proficient in

AutoCAD

(knowledge of

Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion

is a plus). Strong understanding of

construction detailing and building materials

. Ability to

read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

accurately. Excellent

communication and coordination

skills. Strong

attention to detail

and ability to meet deadlines.
