We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Draftsman (Building)

to join our team.

Experience:

1-5 years

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate

2D architectural and structural drawings

using AutoCAD. Develop

3D models and visualizations

using Google SketchUp and other 3D tools. Assist in preparing

building layouts, plans, elevations, and sections

. Coordinate with engineers/architects for design modifications and updates. Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications. Maintain organized documentation of drawings and project files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-5 years of professional experience as a Draftsman (Building). Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

. Working knowledge of

Google SketchUp

and 3D modelling software. Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
