Key Responsibilities
Create accurate and detailed 2D/3D technical drawings and plans using
AutoCAD
based on specifications provided by architects/engineers.
Modify and revise existing drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
Maintain organized digital files, including proper layering, X-refs, and version control.
Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues and ensure design feasibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman or CAD Technician.
Software Skills:
Expert proficiency in
AutoCAD
is a must. Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or Microsoft Office is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering sketches and blueprints.
Education:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or ITI in Draughtsman (Civil/Mech).
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills.
