Mandatory experience of AutoCAD , REVIT, Solidworks needed.
Minimum 1 year experience
Draftsman Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans based on design specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
Revise drawings and plans based on feedback or design changes.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all drawings and documents.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all drawings.
Assist in the preparation of material specifications.
Liaise between the design team and the site construction team to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications.
Address any issues or discrepancies between the drawings and site conditions in a timely manner.
Conduct site visits to check progress and provide technical support to the site team.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical.
Proven experience in drafting and technical drawing (2D and 3D).
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit,.(Proficiency in BIM is a plus.)
Knowledge of site coordination, project management, and fit-out processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Ability to resolve problems and handle site-related challenges.
