Job Summary:

We are looking for a

DRA-Certified Debt Recovery Officer

to manage and recover overdue payments while maintaining ethical recovery practices in line with

RBI guidelines

. The role requires strong communication skills, field recovery experience, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

loan recovery and collections

for allocated accounts Conduct

field visits

to customers in and around Haldwani Follow up with customers through calls, visits, and notices for timely recovery Negotiate repayment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status Adhere strictly to

RBI norms and DRA code of conduct

Coordinate with legal teams for escalated or chronic cases Submit daily/weekly recovery reports to management Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
