Job Title: Pharma Wholesale Sales Executive (with Order Fulfillment Responsibility)
Location: SHREEMOHINI DISTRIBUTORS - Pharma Division, Kamptee, Nagpur
Department: Pharmaceutical Sales & Distribution
Reporting To: Head - Pharma Operations / Business Development Manager
Salary -
Role Objective:
To drive B2B sales of pharmaceutical products to medical stores, hospitals, and clinics, while ensuring seamless order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer satisfaction through end-to-end fulfillment support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and onboard wholesale buyers including chemists, hospital pharmacies, and clinics.
Promote products (formulary and non-formulary) to dealers with focus on margin and volume.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell new SKUs and schemes.
Track competitor pricing, product launches, and market activity in the assigned territory.
Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Coordination
Take accurate order details from clients (via field visits, calls, WhatsApp).
Coordinate with the warehouse for timely order picking, invoicing, and dispatch.
Ensure delivery schedules are met and proactively resolve any fulfillment issues.
Handle follow-ups on shortages, wrong supplies, or delays with urgency.
Collections & Credit Management
Ensure timely collection of payments as per credit terms.
Follow up on outstanding dues and reconcile accounts with finance team.
Customer Servicing & Feedback
Address dealer queries on pricing, schemes, delivery, or availability.
Provide after-sales support and escalate unresolved service issues.
Gather market feedback and relay insights for stocking and planning.
IF POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE OG GOVERNMENT TENDERS FILLING AND GEM PORTAL USAGE. - EYEING ON GOVT SUPPLIES TOO. BUT REQUIRE EXPERIENCE PERSON.
SHOULD HAVE LEADERSHIP QUALITY.
SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING BIG PHARMACEUTICAL WHOLESALE SHOP AS A MANAGER.
SHOULD HAVE COMMAND ON LANGUAGE FOR PROPER COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily records of client visits, calls made, orders taken, and collections.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales head in prescribed format.
Profile Requirements:
Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce, or Business.
2-4 years of experience in pharma wholesale sales or distribution.
Familiarity with Nagpur and surrounding pharma retail market preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Working knowledge of Excel, order processing software, and WhatsApp for business use.
SALARY - 25000- 35000/- PLUS INCENTIVES.
