Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy Development & Execution:- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing etc. across various channels.- Design and execute quarterly digital marketing campaigns with clear KPIs (e.g., ROAS, lead conversions, website traffic).- Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement and optimal results.- Manage multiple digital marketing channels simultaneously, ensuring they work together for a unified brand message.- Meet goals for critical elements like Brand Awareness, CAC, CLV, CPL, MAJOR CTRs, Organic SEO or SMO Traffic and Conversion, Keyword Rankings and Traffic, Content quality and quantity etc. Audience engagement and sentiments on social media, Viewership and follower/subscriber growth etc. 2. Brand Awareness & Growth:- Create and manage campaigns to build brand recognition and increase engagement among target audiences.- Meet customer acquisition, lead generation, community-building, and customer retention goals using content-driven campaigns, social media, and influencer partnerships.- Grow social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, fostering a loyal and engaged community.3. Data-Driven Decision Making:- Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and other analytics tools to track and report campaign performance.- Use data insights to continuously optimize campaigns.- Regularly conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize results.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with the Product/Service Team to align marketing strategies with product launches, ensuring a seamless go-to-market plan.- Collaborate with Sales to create and implement lead generation strategies and drive conversion from leads to customers.- Partner with the Customer Support Team to leverage customer feedback for marketing campaigns and improve customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with the Design Team to ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the brand's aesthetic and message.5. Social Media & Community Engagement:- Manage and grow the brand's social media presence, creating regular posts, stories, and content to engage followers and build an online community.- Create and execute interactive campaigns (e.g., contests, hashtag campaigns, polls) to increase engagement and attract new followers.- Engage with customers on social media by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, and fostering brand loyalty through personalized communication.6. Budgeting & Resource Allocation:- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.- Prioritize spending based on performance insights and business goals.- Monitor and optimize ad spend across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to ensure the most cost-effective results.7. Hands-On Execution:- Oversee the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activities, including paid ads, SEO optimization, content creation, and social media management.- Take a hands-on approach, including writing copy, designing landing pages, or setting up and managing email marketing campaigns, whatsapp campaigns or message campaigns. - Work quickly and efficiently with limited resources to launch campaigns, test new ideas, and refine strategies.8. Innovation & Trendspotting:- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices by experimenting with new tools, platforms, and strategies.- Introduce innovative approaches to marketing, such AI-powered marketing tools, and chatbots for customer interaction and engagement.- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and keep the brand ahead of the curve.9. Team Leadership & Growth:- Initially, take a hands-on approach to managing campaigns and executing strategies. As the company grows, recruit and lead additional team members, such as PPC specialists, content creators, social media managers, and more.- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture, mentoring junior team members and setting clear performance goals.- Establish workflows and processes that scale as the team grows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
