What You'll Be Doing

Monitoring of product availability working with Factories at different organisational levels to ensure optimal availability. Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization On a continued basis optimize the inventory levels, Inventory controlling,Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization. Reducing slow moving inventory of finished goods Providing Analysis for Sales, S&OP, Stock Targets, Factories. Managing the phase-in and phase-out of products in the region; Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions for customers Daily, Weekly, Monthly follow-up on Order Management, Regional Root cause and Availability performance Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and tasks assigned to support regional sales and customer service Supporting Customers, Customer Service and Sales in the region Supporting Factories in delivering products into the region Continuous Improvement of major KPIs; Availability, Days of Inventory and Cost-to-Serve

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or similar, within logistics/supply chain management or alternatively have some years order management Outstanding skills within communication, coordination, organization, analysis and negotiation. Understand and respect cultural differences. As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and result oriented. Committed team player with the ability to simplify things to secure effective and successful implementation of the initiatives you lead
