Job Description
Regular liaison with the customer and active participation in the daily meetings.
Prepare Program status reports & update billing sheets as required
Degree in Engineering (Mech/Prod/Auto) No.of years experiance 5 to 7 years
Creation of Virtual Manufacturing Environment in TCe application which includes the Product, Processes and Resources.
Alignment of process sheet to standards in MPP structure.
Creation of checklist.
Monitor the CAD changes based on the revision.
Validating the product sequence of Body Construction Lines, suggesting the changes in Process sheets by evaluating the product geometry and assembly sequence.
Static validation of BIW parts in Tce Vismockup / NX
Detailed knowledge in assessing BIW product against global mfg standards
Supporting Under-body & Upper-body Virtual Build events
