Manager - Account Receivable

Job description :

Location - Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure 100% Revenue Assurance of the services rendered by the company

2. Ensure Timely invoicing of all the services rendered by the company as customer contracts /published tariff.

3. Ensure Timely collection of money from Customers

4. Ensure timely process of Credit Notes to customers.

5. Ensure correct accounting of Invoice and receipt of customers

6. Ensure timely collection of TDS certificate from customers

7. Timely working and payment of Royalty to Port Authorities

8. Monitor and compliance of customers contracts.

9. Ensure compliances of GST, TDS & others Taxes with respect to Accounts Receivables

10. File GST returns related to Accounts Receivables.

11. Ensure compliances of company's credit policy and authority metrics.

12. Prepare Monthly reports as required with respect to Accounts Receivable

13. Prepare and monitor Revenue Budget of the company

14. Prepare monthly accrued revenue and customer rebate/discount provisions

15. Prepare monthly schedules related to accounts receivables.

16. Customers ledger balance confirmation and reconciliation

17. Complete Month-End Closing activities timely

18. Assist in application/compliance of SEIS/EPCG

19. Suggest New Revenue Initiative.

20. Assist in Group Reporting Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit & Revenue Audit of AR Function

21. To comply with all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems

22. Any other responsibility/task; not limited to the above-mentioned tasks, that may be assigned from time to time in view of the job requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies:

1. MBA/CA/ICWA

2. Computer knowledge including Proficiency in spread-sheet, word processing & email

3. Awareness of GST, Income Tax & basic accounting concepts.

4. 5-10 years' experience of Accounting Receivable activities

Awareness of statutory regulations relating to Receivables
