Process applications for demat accounts and maintain necessary documentation.
Assist clients with the dematerialization of physical shares into electronic form.
Monitor and ensure timely settlement of demat transactions.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to demat services.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of demat transactions and client interactions in the system.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.
Generate reports on demat activities and present them to management as needed
Requirements:
At least 0-2 years' experience working in a role related to Operations.
Proficiency in English Language
Strong level of accuracy, attention to detail, proactivity and willingness to learn are a must
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
