Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day

DP operations

smoothly. Ensure compliance with

NSDL, CDSL, NPS, NERL, COMRIS

regulations. Manage

KYC compliance, PMLA guidelines, and STR reporting

. Ensure all activities are in line with regulatory and internal policies. Coordinate with exchanges, depositories, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

Experience in

DP compliance and operations

. Strong knowledge of

NSDL, CDSL processes

. Familiar with

KYC, PMLA, and STR reporting

. * Good communication and documentation skills.
