Tool Admin Role & responsibilities: - * Doxis Tool admin will support Capgemini's implementation, maintenance and support Group's Enterprise content management tool.

  • The role involves ensuring the Doxis suite operates efficiently, is properly integrated with other systems, and serves the organization's business needs.
  • Validate and test vendor installation, configuration, and upgrades of the Doxis platform components and its impact on the in-house integration.
  • Manage and monitor the system landscape with access to vendor tools and in house Dynatrace application for system availability and performance.
  • Administer user accounts, security permissions, and access rights across the Doxis platform.
  • Work with Doxis Business Studio to configure and customize GVL's and in scope L2 support activities.
  • Provide technical support for Doxis users and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system status, performance, and incoming alerts, and perform root cause analysis on problems.
  • Address issues related to integrations with third-party systems and create and update FSD's for these integrations.
  • Review vendor integration documents and get trained for the Doxis modules to support L2 activities.
Required Skills:- * Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Technical Consultant of 2 to 3 years, with specific experience managing a Enterprise Content Management platform, other ECM/BPM tools, or document management systems.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with tools for monitoring system alerts and performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Coordination with OEM Platform administrators for shared responsible activities.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with users, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and Group IT policies.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system failures to minimize downtime.
