.Net Full Stack Technology Lead

Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Technology Lead who brings expertise in .Net Core and Angular (v14+), along with a strong foundation in microservices architecture, automation, and scalable software design. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll not only code but also drive best practices and mentor a team of developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development efforts, system analysis, and architecture decisions.
• Code alongside the team, providing mentorship and direction on technical best practices.
• Set coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and ensure alignment across distributed teams.
• Support performance optimization, automated testing (BDD/TDD), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot live environments and production systems.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog creation, and estimation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with .Net Core; 3+ years with Angular 14+.
• Hands-on expertise in RESTful APIs, middleware, microservices, and tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Strong command over TypeScript, RxJs, NgRx, Jasmine, Bootstrap/Material/Kendo.
• Proven ability in DevOps tools (Git, GitLab, Postman), CI/CD, containerization, and automation.
• Solid grasp of Data Structures, OOPS, SOLID principles, UML, and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile, SDLC, performance testing, and financial domain applications.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting skills, and ability to lead global teams.
