Job Title DotNet Developer - Team Lead Role Summary & Role Description The Automation and AI India team comprises of multiple teams that build innovative solutions to help business teams function efficiently by developing automations, desktop or web applications using .NET technologies. The team is looking for Windows/WPF Application developers who have a good understanding of industry trends along with State Street\'s business systems and processes to support the business and client needs. The role involves providing solutions to challenging business problems through analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of projects and solutions. As a .Net developer Overall experience should not less than 10 years Should have good experience on WPF concepts like MVVM, XAML and Themes Should have good experience on implementing design patterns Able to create responsive desktop applications using Multi-threading Highly skilled with extensive proficiency and technical expertise in C#.Net Should have good experience with .Net standard, .Net Framework and .Net Core Should be strong with Data Structures and Algorithms Able to solve complex technical problems. Identifies and resolves basic application issues and bugs escalates complex application issues to management for resolution. Test new installations and/or software prior to release to minimize failures and impact to business and end users. Should have knowledge on windows internals Creates, documents, and executes software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas. Core/Must have skills C#.Net/VB.Net WPF, Windows Forms Multi Threading Memory Profilers Sound knowledge of Design patterns Sound knowledge of OOPS, Data Structures and Algorithms Good to have skills HTTP traffic monitoring tools(Fiddler, Postman e.t.c) VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) Good to have SQL Server and RDBMS Work Schedule On-premise Keywords (If any) Dotnet, WPF, C#, VB.Net, winforms, VSTO Why this role is important to us Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
