Job Summary
We are seeking a
Senior .NET Developer with strong L2/L3 Application Support experience
to manage and enhance enterprise-grade .NET applications in a production environment. The role involves deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and close collaboration with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
L2/L3 production support
for .NET applications, including:
Log analysis, incident triage, defect resolution, and
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
SLA adherence and incident communication with stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve
complex production issues
across application, database, and infrastructure layers
Optimize
application performance, reliability, scalability, and security
Monitor
dashboards, alerts, and observability tools
to proactively identify issues
Deliver high-quality enhancements and bug fixes with minimal production impact
Collaborate closely with
QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams
Create and maintain
technical documentation
, including:
Design documents
Runbooks
SOPs
Support and operational artifacts
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API
Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
SQL Server
