Requirements:

Expected to work closely with development team and participates in design workshops to provide technical solutions and mapping the business requirements to system/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architecture. Making plans to design new software and web applications and setting goals for the software development team. Monitoring progress throughout the design process and submitting proposals and progress reports to upper management. Define standards, guidelines, best practices to meet Quality and guide the team to design, code and deliver quality products. Review Code based on defined Standards. Research for opt solution based on technical/business requirements and develop POCs to validate the technical components and ensure the technology support for the project requirements. Hiring and provide technical training to the team to upskill and quality delivery. Creating and maintaining a healthy workplace environment Explaining application use to stack holders & customers.
