Job Title: .NET Engineer

At Summit Solutions, we design and build enterprise-grade solutions that power innovation and efficiency for global businesses. We are looking for a .NET Engineer with extensive experience in web and desktop application development, microservices architecture, and Azure cloud platforms.

In this role, you will lead the planning, design, development, and testing of cutting-edge applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive architectural excellence.

2. What You'll Do

Plan, design, and develop robust web and desktop applications using the .NET ecosystem. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for enterprise-scale applications. Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design reviews, code quality, and testing. Develop and optimize APIs (REST & gRPC) and integrate with third-party services. Deploy and manage applications using Azure DevOps pipelines, Azure App Services, and Kubernetes (AKS). Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across all platforms. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor and guide junior engineers, performing code reviews and technical coaching. Stay updated on .NET advancements, cloud-native technologies, and best practices.
3. What You'll Need

2+ years of professional experience in .NET (Framework & Core) for both web and desktop application development (WPF/WinForms). Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, modular design, and API-driven systems. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, AKS). Proficiency in RESTful APIs, gRPC, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of application security principles and secure coding practices. Expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database optimization. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership experience. Bonus: Knowledge of Blazor, MAUI, or cross-platform .NET frameworks.
