Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in .NET and Kubernetes-based cloud-native architectures to lead the design and evolution of highly scalable, secure, and resilient platforms. This role focuses on system architecture, technical strategy, and cross-team leadership, while remaining hands-on enough to validate designs and guide implementation.
The role demands to define architectural standards, guide engineering teams, and collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

Define end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale .NET systems running on Kubernetes Design cloud-native, microservices-based architectures aligned with business goals Establish reference architectures, patterns, and best practices Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms

Technical Leadership

Act as a technical authority across multiple teams Review and approve architectural designs and high-risk changes Guide teams on scalability, resilience, performance, and security Mentor senior engineers and emerging architects

Cloud & Kubernetes Strategy

Define Kubernetes architecture including cluster design, networking, security, and scalability Guide adoption of container orchestration best practices Collaborate with DevOps/SRE on CI/CD, IaC, and platform reliability Ensure observability standards (logging, monitoring, tracing) are in place

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience with 7+ years in .NET Proven experience as a Technical Architect Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments Deep knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, and distributed systems Solid understanding of microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture Good exposure to RabitMQ, AZURE devops, Event driver architecture Strong knowledge of container security, networking, and identity * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
