specifications. Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team
of .NET developers, fostering their growth, and ensuring their productivity. Architecture and Design: Drive architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of .NET- based applications. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct
code reviews, implement best coding practices, and ensure quality standards are
met. Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional
teams (such as UI/UX, QA, and product management) to align technical solutions
with business objectives. Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with
emerging .NET technologies, evaluate their relevance, and propose their
adoption when suitable. Problem Resolution: Identify technical
issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to ensure smooth project
execution. Process Improvement: Implement and improve
development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product
quality. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in .NET
