Dot Net Tech Lead

Kansoft Solutions is a dynamic and growing IT solutions provider committed to delivering cutting edge technology solutions to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking an

experienced and passionate Solution Architect (.NET) to join our team and help shape scalable, high performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, C#,

MVC).

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs. Lead the technical direction of projects from concept to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, DevOps, and product

managers.

Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications. Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve application performance and scalability. Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and

best practices.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Participate in client discussions to understand business requirements and provide technical

solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architecture or

lead role.

Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is highly desirable. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a

plus.

Strong understanding of design patterns, architectural principles, and SOLID principles. * Excellent communication and leadership skills
