Looking for. Anyone with .NET and JavaScript knowledge would be good.

Identify, diagnose and find ways to resolve the issue

Collaborate with team members effectively to understand the functionality and provide feedback to the junior engineers

Prepare and document the root cause in simple language so that customer can understand it clearly.

Create Knowledge base document based on the issue researched and analyzed

Create utility to address frequently occurring issue proactively and quickly

Collaborate with other teams to arrive at conclusion or fix quickly

Node/react with AWS knowledge would be added advantage.

Suggest improvement to the development team based on product experience or field issues

Train junior and new employees

Prequisite:

Bachelor degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in IT industry. Preferred to have production support experience

• Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application
• Coding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages
