Job Description

Senior .NET Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

Lead the

migration from Ruby on Rails

.NET 6+/ASP.NET Core

architecture. Design and develop

RESTful APIs, microservices

, and backend components. Oversee

database migration and optimization

(SQL Server/PostgreSQL). Implement and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

using

Azure DevOps

. Mentor the junior backend developer. Utilize

AI-assisted tools

(GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) to improve productivity. Participate in

Agile ceremonies

(sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) using Jira.

Requirements:

6-10 years of backend development experience. Strong in

C#, .NET 6+/ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core

. Experience with

Ruby on Rails

applications (migration understanding). Deep knowledge of

database design and migration

(SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Strong grasp of

Azure DevOps pipelines

and

CI/CD automation

. Familiar with

GitHub Copilot, Windsurf

, or similar AI-assisted tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?349,585.27 - ?5,049,211.01 per year
