We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the Microsoft technology stack. The candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software modules, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on development experience, and a positive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software modules using the Microsoft technology stack.
Review and analyze requirements, standards, and technical documentation to clearly understand software engineering needs.
Provide accurate effort estimates for assigned modules and personal development tasks.
Develop software test requirements for modules under development.
Execute unit and integration tests to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
Adhere to defined software quality processes, including module, subsystem, and system-level testing.
Present technical findings, design decisions, and development progress to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
Hands-on experience with Entity Framework / EF Core.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle, coding standards, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership and execution focus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Exposure to Kubernetes or container-based deployments.
Basic knowledge of Angular or other modern front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
