Job Summary

We are hiring Developers to be deployed full-time , New Delhi.

This role involves

:

Windows desktop application development

Web application development

Automation scripting and integration

Developers will contribute to building secure applications, forensic dashboards, and automation workflows that support CERT-In's critical cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design and maintain Windows desktop applications using C#, .NET 8, WinForms, MySQL.

Develop web applications and dashboards using Angular, .NET 8 Core, SQL/MySQL.

Integrate backend databases and services with secure coding practices.

Automation & Scripting

Automate recurring forensic/cybersecurity tasks using Python, Robot Framework, RPA, UI Automation, PowerShell.

Build workflows to integrate forensic tools with internal applications.

Support & Integration

Provide first-line technical support for applications and automation tools.

Work across Windows/Linux/macOS for deployment and tool integration.

Collaborate with CERT-In officials on research, tool enhancements, and automation improvements.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Mandatory Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Computer Applications, Electronics & Communication, or related fields.

Experience Required

:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software/application development.

Practical experience with:

C#, .NET 8, WinForms, SQL/MySQL (Windows App Development)

Angular, .NET 8 Core, SQL/MySQL (Web App Development)

Python, Robot Framework, RPA, UI Automation (Automation & Scripting)

Exposure to cybersecurity/forensic tools and operations is a plus.

Technical Skillset

Programming & Development: C#, .NET 8, WinForms, Angular, .NET Core, MySQL/SQL.

Automation: Python, Robot Framework, RPA tools, UI Automation, PowerShell.

OS Environments: Windows (primary), with knowledge of Linux/macOS.

Other Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines (preferred).

Added Advantage: Familiarity with forensic tools (EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet, FTK, etc.).

Flexibility to work on mission-critical tasks during holidays/extended hours.

Willingness to work in a sensitive government environment with mandatory background clearance.
