Train and mentor training participants through hands-on sessions, problem solving, case studies, assignments, capstone projects, etc. Analyze Training Needs, Develop Courseware including Case Studies and Conduct Technical Training Programs Bring real project use case scenarios for developing hands-on expertise for training participants Evaluate participants progress using quiz, assessments, assignments, etc

• Key Skills / Requirement

Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, .Net Core, MVC. Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and Develops. Strong expertise in Full Stack Development, including experience with popular C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, ENTITY, MVC, Web services, Web API and Angular. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop curriculum materials and assess student learning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelors or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs in Full Stack Development to students of varying skill levels. Design and develop curriculum materials, including presentations, training manuals, lab exercises, and assessments. Collaborate with our team of developers and designers to ensure that our training programs align with current industry standards and best practices. Continuously evaluate and improve our training programs to ensure that they are effective in helping our students achieve their learning objectives. Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve their coding skills. Participate in instructor-led training sessions and mentoring programs to enhance your own skills and knowledge.
