Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

.NET Backend Developer

to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in backend development using Microsoft technologies, with a strong focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
? Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
? Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
? Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning
? Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
? Implement and integrate with databases (SQL Server, etc.)
? Debug and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments
? Contribute to continuous improvement processes in development and deployment
? Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in backend development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
? 4+ years of experience in backend development with .NET technologies
? Strong hands-on experience with:

C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core

RESTful API development and integration

SQL Server

or other relational databases (experience with stored procedures, triggers, indexing, etc.) Entity Framework or other ORM tools LINQ, Asynchronous programming, Multithreading concepts Working experience in Agile methodology is a mandate.
? Solid understanding of software development principles (OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles)
? Familiarity with source control tools like

Git

? Experience working with microservices architecture is a plus
? Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
? Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage
? Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) is desirable
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

? Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.)
? Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, etc.)
? Exposure to DevOps practices and tools
? Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
